What You Can Expect from The Rediscovering You Virtual Program
Over the next 3 months, we will go on a transformational journey of self-discovery, growth, reflection and radical self-care. We'll bust the myth that the ever sough-after work/life balance is unattainable, and we'll prove that you CAN have a life full of peace and balance - it just looks different to everyone, and that's the key. We'll also drop the guilt around taking time for yourself, because self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. You'll be able to enjoy summer (even with the kids home from school) with time for you to play, work, relax and rejuvenate. What's even better, is we will be building the foundation for you to enjoy life all the time, not just during summer. You'll create a life that works FOR YOU, and who doesn't want that?
Module 1: Permission
Permission to know what you want, how you would spend your time if you had the choice - which you do - and permission to give yourself time to ask yourself what you want your life to look like. This is the beginning and most important step, using my signature formula, the Permission Pinwheel™
This isn't just a fun kid's toy . . . it's real structure and strategy that you'll keep using over and over. By the time you're done with this module, you'll know:
The 4 Core Areas of your life where you must spend time in order to have balance (yep, it's possible!).
Why we need all 4 Core Areas (3 out of 4 doesn't work).
The difference between "experiencing" your time and just spending it.
What balance looks like to you (it's different for everyone).
The overall vision for your life (you'll get to dream a little bit... or a lot!).

Module 2: Assessment
You can't make changes unless you first know where you're starting from. In this module you will assess how you are currently spending your time. There's no right or wrong, we just need to see what your current reality is like so we can work to shift it. By the time you're done with this module, you'll know:
How much time you're actually spending in each of the 4 Core Areas (not just what you think - trust me, you might be surprised).
Where you need to shift and adjust your time to start moving it towards what you declared in your Permission Pinwheel™.
How big the gap is between where you are and where you want to be.

We all know there's only 24 hours in a day, and while we all get caught in having too much to do and not enough time, there's one constant that is vital (and highly recommended)... SLEEP! So if we can't stay up late and burn the midnight oil, how else are we supposed to get it all done? Planning. We must plan.
In this module we'll take everything from your Permission Pinwheel™ and pour it into reality. By the time you're done you'll know:
Tools and strategies to help you prioritize what's most important to you.
Where your line is drawn (determining and holding your boundaries).
How to say "no" to others so you can say "yes" to yourself (learning to let go).
What your schedule looks like, in a way that supports your life vision.
How and where to create flexble space in your calendar (because life sometimes throws us a curveball).
Module 4: Alignment
There's two elements of alignment. Once again we need to look at how you're spending your time. Are you in alignment with what you said you wanted from your Permission Pinwheel™? More importantly, are you in alignment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually? By the time you're through this module, you'll know:
Where your choices and decisions are serving you, and where you still need to adjust.
How to practice deep breathing through guided meditation.
How to recognize when your physical body is trying to tell you something (usually to say "stop and rest!").
What radical self-care feels like for YOU.
A simple, easy tool for releasing stress and cluttered thoughts.
