$500 deposit is non-refundable. It is transferrable to another date, or to another participant.
Subsequent payments (either pay in full or payment plans) are refundable subject to approval, as follows, minus all processing fees (minimum $25 per payment):
*ALL refund requests must be submitted in writing to retreat host and be approved by retreat host prior to any money being refunded.
100% if 6 months or more from start date of retreat
50% if 3-6 months from start date of retreat
0% if within 3 months of start date of retreat (payments can be transferred to another date, or to another participant)
The complete remaining balance (price of retreat minus deposit and any prior payment(s)) is due within 14 days of start date of retreat.
In the event of the retreat being cancelled by the retreat center or the retreat host, for unforeseen circumstances, all money paid will be refunded.
